Basic’s in Forestry Operations

Does your workforce hold the basics in forestry operations?
GPFS provides a 2-day course that covers interactive training and assessment completion support, to ensure your workers understand the basic requirements for working within all forestry environments.

Micro-credential programmes provide bite-sized learning that gets your workforce upskilled in specific operational tasks required by industry. They are nationally recognised and registered with NZQA.

The essential learning components of the Key Essential’s in Forestry Operations are made up of three key units, required by many forest management companies in order to gain access to the site. Your workforce will learn about general health, safety and environmental requirements and identify the factors that affect performance of a forestry worker.
